MEMPHIS, TN (March 25, 2010) – PMC Biogenix has announced that, as a result of persistently elevated raw material and energy costs, effective April 1, 2010 or as contracts permit, prices for PMC Biogenix’ non-index priced, oleochemical-based products will be increased by $0.05/lb for fatty acids, general use stearates, bisamides, esters and amides and $0.10/lb for specialty stearates.
