MOUNT LAUREL, NJ (July 1, 2013) – PMC Group N.A., Inc. (“PMC”) announced the formation today of a team dedicated to the business of vinyl additives and support of the global PVC and CPVC industry. PMC’s Vinyl Additives team is a cross-function, multi-division team bringing together resources and products from three strategic PMC business units, leveraging PMC’s heat stabilizer, lubricant, process additive and one-pack technologies.
PMC’s Vinyl Additives team involves subject matter experts in technical service and support, research and development, quality assurance, product development, marketing, product management, new business development, sales and general management from PMC Biogenix, PMC Crystal and PMC Organometallix.
PMC also announced the establishment of its new Center for Vinyl Innovation (CVI) in Lansdale, Pennsylvania—its new innovation center focused on vinyl additives. PMC’s Vinyl Additives portfolio includes waxes, wax blends, lubricants, esters and amides, stearates and organotin stabilizers (methyl, butyl and octyl).
PMC’s industry-leading trade names for vinyl additives include ADVASTAB™, ADVALUBE™, ADVAPAK™, ADVAPAK™ NEO™, Thermolite®, BAION™, CrystalWax®, Kemamide® and Kemester®. These products are available in a variety of physical forms and types—custom blends, discrete components and one-packs.
